USERGROUPS?

I just wanted to know when are the new usergroups be available since I wanted to be in one or be the leader of one... Thanks in advance.

To get your usergroup you can do this

tell everyone that loves bape and etc to join the forum...when more and more people do, than usergroups can be made 8)

i got a name and everything lined up....
