Not even a joke.
The superbug (If you don't know), i think it's called a staph for something. People say it's uncureable yet there actually is a crew. Suppousdly you could die from it but it's a really like a virus, anyone know any more details on why that is? It's been around a while but the infection rate is heating up fast. FYI, it spreads by touching. If someone touches your hand you;
A. Rub that hand in your eyes
B. Who the fuck knows why, put that hand in your mouth
and
C. put that hand in your ear.
I read that if you take a shower daily, wash your hands a lot, and you have a good immune system, you're in good shape. Tip, bring sanitizer wipes w/ you and/ or those hand sanitizers.Does anyone have any more info on this and if you could really die from it?

usually i just douse myself in ladies' perfume.

its kida big in football guys playin with open wounds it get the skin infected then you got staff. it has ben nast latley.

There was a small outbreak at my college, IONA. I think it's under control now though.

its a skin thing at first but i can get into your system it can be fatal if not treated.
Im just scared as shit but I have like a really good immune system. The most I ever get sick is at the incredibly most 3 times a year (Doesn't include vomiting from eating too much food, bleh) and I'm thinking of taking vitamins. Would that help?
Does it also get into your body if you have open wounds? Cuz I don't play sports but I have a like a mosquieto bite I picked here and there.

Clean it and put a band-aid firmly on top of it and you should be fine.

cant its not a cut its a split in the skin between my inkie toe and fioot. right where it attaches.

At eh! id recommend the vitamins to build the immune system my mom makes me take them everyday i take about 6 i only no the vitamin c and multi vitamins unno what the rest are but there good lolz

JESUS! I've had that a couple of times, sucks mother fucking ass.
Whatever you do, do not take antibiotics. Take vitamins that help w/ skin growth. Should heal it in a couple of days.
My mom was just talking to her friend whos son also goes to a school (Different) and he said that the school is over-exaggerating what happens w/ it so people will take it seriously. I'm taking lots of vitamins now.
Are pro-biotics good or bad for this?

i dont go to school sooooo i cant help you there, and ill just let it grow bakc on its own it does that fairly fast its happened soo much.
All I know is that
Anti-biotic= bad because it makes the body more weak and easy to be attacked.
Probiotic=?

It only says to wash the hands before you eat and after you flush. Nothing about you can't rub your eyes or anything. I'm still gonna wear a long sleeve T to concerts though ;)
Because a good amount of people on this board live in NY, thought I would post this.
The superbug has OFFICALY hit NY. Westhampton got hit, Freeport, and a few other towns around mellville and freeport got hit. If you have cablevision, news 12 is having a show on how to prevent getting the virus. I've got it taped if y'all busy.
I know I'm going crazy about this topic but it's very very creepy to me.

Don't worry about it you're not gonna get superbug. I have a bad immune system because of my Crohn's and i'm not worried about this shit, cause I'm pretty sure you would know if you had it and i don't know any1 that has it so w/e

I read like a board of health site and it seems like i'm doing what i need to do well but this scares me:

Wtf can i do? Wear latex gloves to open doors? What about school desks? I mean I go to a public school so who knows but idk what to do. I brought hand sanitzer all day and used it like twice every period.

i think you guys need to clam down. remember SARS, and how everyone was rocking around with masks on, and like only 2 people died from it? same with west nile or the chicken flu or whatever the fuck that was.
first of all, the reason the superbug was created was due to the overuse of antibiotics. people were using antibiotics so much for random things that their infection mutated and finally gained immunity to antibiotics, which is why its called a "superbug." its not like aids or anything, i mean it doesnt mean necessary death, its pretty much like an infection that is immune to antibiotics.
therefore, the superbug is pretty much limited to hospitals/clinics/etc. you really dont have anything to worry about.
Yea, but not when kids are dying left and right. Thers 6 cases at my school right now.
News tonight just said some middle schooler died from staph.

I have that issue were I watch something on TV and then I think I have it... I forgot what it is called. Its horrible. John dosnt help either because he does the same thing...
My purs will be full of lysol and hand sanitizer...

I came back from school today.
I think there was only 1 case in the school.
And it wasn't me.
I think today would be the worst day of all for the school.
Because the next town over got hit.
So i survived the worst day.
