I don't see these as grounds to be banned on bapetalk. The other Mods might feel differently. I will speak to them and see what happens.

If people are concerned about bogus bidding , then they can ask him for the price he is willing to let the item go for. This way it cuts out the bidders and there will be less problems.

There are generally reasonable solutions to each problem.
