Intermittent Fasting

The first option to take into consideration is that of intermittent fasting. This is an easy solution to work with, and one that is not going to cause much disruption in your life. This doesnít mean that you donít eat or drink anything, but rather, you start to break down certain things and allow yourself to eat less, and focus on detox. With that in mind, you will need to look at focusing on eating less for 12 hours to 24 hours overall. That can be once every few weeks, or once a week, but it can help your body regain certain elements in the body, and help with relative ease.

I tried it! It helped me lose weight a lot. After I started, I began to see ab definition and saw improvement within the first week. I had my eating window as 12-8. I talk in the past tense though because Iíve done it for 3 weeks and this week is the week before my period and I get insanely hungry haha so I havenít been doing it this week. I donít see noticeable weight gain after stopping it but I donít see the same definition I did before but not sure if thatís just cause Iím bloated from week-before-period symptoms! So Iím not 100% what happens when you stop but it gave me great results before and I plan on continuing after this time of the month.

Intermittent fasting is sometimes good but sometimes it is bad as well. There are so many kind of people who do fasting and it helps them sometimes. As I think we should take the necessary proteins and vitamins and then we can do whatever we want to do.
