Don't believe I ever posted pictures of the finished product. 6 months straight June 16-December 16, crotch tears before and after wash. Much too big for me now.

honeycombs are the fades at the back of the knee, they aren't stacked but more gathered, stacking occurs when u ur inseam is a bit longer and the material stacks at the ankle, hence the term stacking.

APC New Standards, still a work in progress.. worn off and on since mid September 2008, not as constantly as I'd like, and through relatively light wear. when summer comes I'll start beating these up more

one soak one wash

Im i the only one on this site who thinks jeans look best when there new , without all the faaaaading malarki

^^washing or soaking in hot water will result in more indigo loss and more shrinking than in cold water

use cold water if you want less indigo loss and less shrinking
Wrong temprature doesnt affect indigo loss only if you agitate the jeans alot.temperature affects the amount of shrinkage.
also most japanese jeans hold indigo very well so little to no indigo is lost.
and you want to get all the shrinkage out with the first soak so fades dont shift around with a wash.

to me i think you should have atleast 1 pair of non faded indigo or raw denim jeans

why don't u guyz buy already faded jeans etc instead of waiting months lmao by time their done they won't be important:p

some people like buying raw denim to add their own touch to their jeans. to me it just makes them feel more important to me and its fun seeing them evolve from how they originally looked. some like it some dont, so to each his own.

edit: siiick APCs ian. what model?
