I would check with Paypal but I dont think you are protected anyway as you cant confirm your address for international orders.
When you bought from me it said "Address Uncomfirmed" as PP dont allow sellers in certain countries to confirm address. This is because you dont have a postcode in the typical sense of the word.

I'm so fckin angry right now. I just got back from the post office with the package that fcker sent me. when I opened the package, there was a different tee than I paid him for. It was a white tee with a neon ape and below it a text "BATHINGAPE".
The worst thing is that I can't do shit about it, so for all buyers, stay away from hungarians!

but basically..
I sent him £250 to get me a few items from john anthony in oxford.
He sent me the 2 items, a pair of jeans and a flannel.
the jeans were too big so i said is it ok if i return, he said yes and that he would refund me or replace it with new items
after a few days he said he'd send me an ipod as i wanted one for the equivalent of £70. the jeans were £140 so he agreed to send £70 concealed cash with the ipod.
this was over 2 weeks ago.
I had a go at him and said where is the tracking, he replied 'stop moaning' i sent without racking.
today i messaged him again as i am yet to receive anything and he again said it was sent and to stop moaning which is obviously bullshit. if hed really sent it 2 weeks ago he should be suprised i hadnt received it as he knows he'd be in shit.
i mean what kind of a buffoon would try this when ive got every single detail of his.
if he send me my money or somethingt to replace it with I'll let it go.. but if not the guy is dooooooooooomed lol

It would only cost a few quid to send it with tracking and you'd get in 3-5 days max so it's definitely bull on his part
