Looks ok and they had a sample sale in 2008 when they sold off lots of stuff cheaply. They were selling bags for about a £100 towards the end but they had to remove all the badges for some reason.
I am no expert on bags but would be doubtful a fake would have the 3m on.

I have a Visvim bag and to me it looks fake? I bought my visvim ballistic at retail and for much more.
