Where did you get the yellow polo? The one Pondon had listed? It was gone before I could even see what she was charging. What else have you picked up lately?

ok, I wasn't aware of that thread. I will take a picture soon of my whole collection. and yes, I did get that polo from pondon. Not from her store, I did an item request and she secured it for me. She actually has four things for me right now - the blue camo polo, this yellow big camo polo, a white s/s oxford with multi-color sta pattern all over it, and the Bape Sta tee that dropped about a month ago, the black one with the red sta on the back. She was holding on to those other three items until the yellow polo dropped, but she confirmed that it has been secured this morning and the whole package will be shipping next week.
And yes, I'm totally forty years old. I got into streetwear a little over a year ago. it started with supreme, and has graduated to bathing ape. I'm still into some of the supreme stuff, but the guys that are into supreme are usually dicks and bape items are much higher quality overall.

32 here, been buying bape since a grade 10 '96 class trip to tokyo.

hey 303, what's the 303 reference? is that a roland tb-303? if it is, then that is pretty funny as I recently sold my 303 to buy bape, haha.

Agreed, so over Bapesta's now mainly cause of price (and cause I have so damn many I don't wear, plus they are the one Bape thing that is nearly impossible to resell now).
It would take a pretty amazing colorway to get me back on the Bapesta wagon. Likely non patent.

the 303 reference is actually to a grade of steel, 303 gss or 303 grade german stainless steel also known as double aged stainless steel. its more of a golf reference, I am a total golf nut, and Tiger Woods' Scotty Cameron putter was made from 303 GSS, we are talking $35K-$50K for a Tiger Woods back-up, and a Scotty Cameron similar to Wood's made from 303 GSS about $9k+
There is a boutique Japanese putter maker, Masayuki Sasaya who makes putters under the Gold's Factory name, and he uses 303 GSS,
RJ Bettinardi who is an american putter maker, uses DASS or double aged stainless steel, same thing as GSS different name,
so long story short, 303 is a grade of steel!

Yeh true say. I have also got married recently and i have had slow down with the pick up's its almost like a drug that im having ease off a lil bit. At this age other things take priority which is fine, thats just part of growing up. But they say "you are only as young as you feel" and thats what i go by. I will prob be rocking bape till the muthafucking wheels fall off although be it in moderation and slowly go for the smarter lookin rather rocking the camo stuff when im like 45 or so. Otherwise my kids will be cursing me lol
