wooo that plastic watch does look like what i would be expected in a touch mag, i though milk" might have got something for it too or maybe just touch

anyway.. i got the summer mook and just want to put down a quick reflection to share with your BTer.

first of all the gift- boston bag is more solid than the "paper-thin back-pack" well i guess its hard to have a worse one than that right? (but you never know! lol)

about the content, i was kinda disappointed because in the past most the items you see in the mook were unleased items. However this time 60-70% of them were already released and you like, come on BAPE!

over all it wasnt bad, but you could see some changes took place in the general layout of the mook, the order only section was gone and other small bits.

I use that bag to put a 2L bottle in (2kg) and my food flask sometimes.. I hear creaks when I wear it on my shoulder but it's fine when in my hand.

Aren't those bapes still pretty easy to come by? The blue ones were one of my first pairs back in 06.

I feel like they have been keeping the nostalgia alive in recent releases, lots of color camo stuff, and a few pairs of patent bapes...

 

These crazy camo chompers are in my top favorites of all time.

It's more so that I'm just so past wearing loud obnoxious clothes. I want to but don't think I could bring myself to do it.

 

Camo Bapestas are perfection, same with the camo Roadstas with the camo in the air bubble. KAWS Bapestas too...

 

That reminds me, I remember seeing a pair of what looked like a v2 of the camo bapesta on Wise's Love Quest album cover in 09.

Either samples or they were scrapped.

 

Those look great! I remember there being a few great colorways back in the day that were shown as samples then scrapped.

I feel you on the being over wearing obnoxious clothes too. At the height of my insanity I had over 30 pairs of bapestas. I've scaled it way back, but still have so many I don't wear, cause as you say they are somewhat obnoxious. Getting harder to pull off in my old age. When worn right they are still pretty dope. Honestly never really found them that comfortable either. The blue camo ones above were super comfortable for some reason, most others not so much.
