should i soak or wash a pair of nudies i've been wearing for a bout a year? fading is pretty minimal on it though.. i want it to show a bit of fades but not too much indigo gone?

do any of you have a method of stretching out the top button when you sized down for APCs?
i sized down 2 for my APCS and i couldnt button the top 2 when i bought them. i can button up the top now (it's been 1.5 years, got some okay fades) but its super uncomfortable still. like its like having something pull against your waist when you're sitting. so i always unbutton the top now cause i gained a bit of weight too lmao and its just way more comfotable but anyone know how to stretch out the top button more?
