Plenty of legit people here, transactions go on everyday and theres that odd one that goes down but for the most part people are happy.

Most sites with a MP are like this anyway, if you're really worried about it take it to Ebay where its much safer.

Ooh iight, What I did when i made my first transactions on here were to buy from people with a lot of posts and posted frequently and were some what known..

If you havent done anything in 45 days then regardless you wont get anything back. Unless the seller took ages to ship it/sent by slow postage why have you left it so long.

What proof does the seller have that you havent worn them/they got creased in the post.

It works both ways and buyers need to be reasonable as well.

This is why I think they shouldn't ban scammers but give them a red sta above their avatar or something to show they are a scammer as you'll probably get nothing back even if you were in the 45 days as all contact info is private.

Here is what I think.

There should be a thread called: Official Scammer List.
Only mods should have acces to it. There they can post all the scammers and maybe flakers in one list. (old + recent)
If you personally deal or have dealt with a scammer you should contact a mod and explain the situation.
Then it is up to the mods to judge. If they think your reasons are well founded, they can add the scammer to the list.
This is just an idea. It's up to the mods if they want to do something with it

Avoid u.g.a.s.s. and his ebay name was mau5etot.

I tried to buy a beige wooly panda off of him. He sent me tagged photos of it. Everything seemed legit.
Then as time passed, I didn't recieve my hoody, he kept coming up with excuses about it being delayed then finally gave me a date I was to get it. Was supposed to get it on the Monday(last week) but didn't, waited till the Tuesday then still no hoody. So I messaged him over ebay and he replied:

"hi
i have received an sms on a successful delivery... weird."

Then he deleted his ebay account. I phoned paypal and explained all this to them and they gave me a full refund. Thank fuck! Cause it was after 45 days.

Anyway, stay away from this guy. Don't have his email address or anything but he was from Hungry.

That's a very good point friend. And this is the first time anything like that has happened to me on ebay.
Also, he send the tracking receipt and that like a week after I sent it. Don't know if he faked that too or what :S

Understand that it's the principle of allowing someone to carry on as near to normal after they have committed a crime.

If you get banned theres always ways to get access again anyway, so the red sta thing is a good idea.

The point is it makes it more difficult for them to sell their shit as they have low credibility as a new user; as well as having to deal as someone else cos their names and address should be published on BT, and I don't think most decent people would want thieves enjoying this site.

If you all think it's a great idea, quit the talking and suggest it to the mods and/or put a vote up for all of BT.
