I ordered a hoodie from them 3 weeks ago and we've been exchanging emails about sizes and I finally decided on a size and they haven't got back to me since. I want to know if theres any other way for me to contact them. Its been a long time now. Anyone know why they take forever to respond??

i've purchased quiet often from pondon and never had such problems even then when they did some special pick ups for me. Always great communication and further i always received the goods within 3 days, from JP to EU for low $!!!
