So I haven't been buying Bape for very long but I thought for sure that Bape was made in Japan exclusively not China but I've seen some people saying T-shirts that are made in China are real I was wondering if Bape maybe outsources some products but they keep more of the cut and sewn in Japan any help would be very appreciated thank you

A year late but, jackets are now made in China

T-Shirts and Sharks/Tigers/Etc are made in Japan.

I was always wondering that question too.. An inside source tells me that all BAPE garments (t-shirts, hoodies etc) are made in China, than the garments are shipped to Japan for the design and printing. Source tells me that they claim 40% of the garment is created in China, while Japan lays the rest of the work which is 60% in Japan. Therefore, Bape is able to use a Made in Japan tag plus Japan CA tags..
