I am looking to buy a pair of Bape sneakers, but can't decide between the batmans and a pair of chompers.

I'm from Queens, so getting to the city wouldnt be too hard.

Does the Bape store have a good selection of sneakers at prices that are better than ebay? Would they have batmans and chompers in stock, or do those things sell out asap?

I wouldnt want to go there and see sky high prices and a poor selection since I'm sure it'll be crowded and I wouldnt want to go for nothing. If all they have are the bright colored bapestas that you see on ebay, there's no real point in buying there unless you can save a bunch of money

Retail vs. marked up price= saving a bunch of money.

Like the batmans are around $280 in my size on ebay, but retail is $200 or something right? Unless the retail is higher on them, in that case I'll drop the money on them asap before they shoot up in price.

The chompers look nice but I don't want them in the colors found on ebay, I need a non-green, non-bright color.

Obviously this is expensive stuff. I also havent followed the line at all and am new to it. I seriously doubt I will buy more than a pair of sneakers, a pair of jeans, a shirt and a hoodie from Bape, (one of each) so I want to make sure I get the right stuff the first time. I usually wear coogi and lrg, which are not cheap, but nothing compared to the $ of bape.

Only 'non-blinding' Chompers I can think of are brown Chompers, OG white Chompers, and maybe the Coffee colorway.
