It wont update until you pay the fees. Custom`s will send you a letter but you can also call Parcelforce to find out how much fees are.
You cant pay it until you receive the letter from them though.
The fact you ask Pondon to mark it down is irrelevant, customs can open any package and charge fees how they see fit.
Its up to you to pay them and reclaim them if they are wrong. You wouldnt be able to do this on this package without committing fraud though.

Update: Parcelforce have e-mailed me stating me to 'please wait for customs to clear' but didn't state how long I should wait at all, all for one t-shirt!

that really sucks having something held up at customs.
whats the deal with that? how much was the item you bought? and did pondon mark it as a gift or something else?
because usually (at least in australia) you cant get taxed for packages coming into australia unless they are worth over $900. cigs and beer are different, so they'd be taxed if they're allowed to be imported.
but i cant see how customs can justify taxing you for a hoodie thats probably $300. afterall, its not like you are selling for commercial value, which is what import tax is about. customs tax exists only if someone is importing a quantity that can be defined as having a commercial value.

The money for the tee left my PayPal account on the 5th March, I used the eBay store because I didn't find that tee on Miss Pondon's official store site, it's a tee by the way:

Totalled £67.00, Miss Pondon's T's & C's include that she will mark it low and as a gift, it really depends on how low she marked it. UK Customs state anything over £18 or $27.
Anyways, as you can see from the tracking images, nothing has really updated since then. In conclusion, this has been a pretty bad first experience, I just ordered a tee from eu.bape.com because I don't have any BAPE tees and I'm impatient.
Valencia, how long did you wait until after customs had your jumper to receive your letter?

Edit: Customs charge was £18. Paid and problem solved. Whole process took 2-3 weeks and costed me £85 for the tee.
