visvims probably last for years. the soles dont wear out like sneakers except on the on the inner part of the heel.

Ill be honest I have never really even scoffed at Visvim but honestly right now I'm thinking of getting a pair of black shamans.

Are they that big of a pain in the ass to score compare to Sta's? I did about 10 minutes of searching yesterday and couldn't find any in stock where I looked let alone in my size.

Shamans are difficult to find and still very much sought after.

Today the announcement came in, that Moncler has joined forces with Japanese brand Visvim. The collaborative collection of men’s apparel and accessories is called Moncler V.

“Remo Ruffini, Moncler’s chairman and creative director, said the collection will bow for fall 2010. The line, which will be priced similarly to Moncler’s regular collection, will consist of about 20 pieces, including apparel items, accessories and footwear.

Visvim designer Hiroki Nakamura said he aims to craft well-structured basics that draw on Moncler’s alpine roots. Ruffini said the collection resembles many looks from Moncler’s archives going back to the Fifties and Sixties. The new men’s line will have a select distribution network consisting of about 150 stores worldwide, including no more than five or six in the U.S. and 25 in Japan.

Separately, Ruffini disclosed he has been in contact with his friend Pharrell Williams and they are thinking about working together on some customized items for the musician. But he stressed it’s too soon to say if the collaboration could be expanded to the retail market.”

also what about the VisVim x MMJ elk skin fbt's, how do they run? which size would fit better for a true 9.5?

Yeah those are the Black Elk Logan Lo`s I have the white and sized up but they dont fit too badly. I would say get the next full size so a US 10 if you are a US 9.5. They are lovely shoes but white are a dirt magnet

Dont have any of the MMJ collabs as they are too pricey but be careful I think those ones are fake, or that the seller rips off other peoples pics.

i take it you got the MMJ picture from yahoo hong kong? I wouldnt trust it. But i think alot of the stuff is fine.
