Quick question, I've tried on my friends sz M Zozo Japan release shark hoody and it fits me perfectly. Would a M in a 1st gen shark hoody be too big? or would it fit similar to the zozo release?

I usually wear bape women's size xxs or xs (for shirts). How does a apee size tall hoody fit? Would it be too large on me? Thanks

I think apee tall = women's small and apee short = women's x-small but not really sure.

It would be a bit big. Apee Tall was similar to the men's small released during the same time but less baggy and shorter. I would say its pretty close to a current men's small hoodie.

Ya those sizes were kinda weird, I could almost kinda get away with a tall back in the day, but just a bit tight in the chest, and short in length. The short is honestly pretty similar, only as the name suggest shorter in length in body and sleeves, but not much slimmer in cut.

I'm not too familiar with the newer ladies sizing though, I've only seen a Ladies Small tee, and it was like a more form fitting mens small. I'm guessing the XS and XXS have to be super tiny though. Such a strange sizing scheme...

I'm your typical 5 foot less than 100 lbs Japanese chick lol. The size xxs fits me better than xs. I like my clothes form fitting, so prefer the smaller size. I was able to cop the hoody, and even though it'll probably be too big, ill take a chance. The price was unbeatable!

Whoa, I was gonna ask your size, you are damn tiny girl. Hate to say it but that Tall will be massive on you. My girl is bigger than you and I bought her a tall once and had to send it off. I'm think the size short may even be too big for you.

There honestly isn't many girls here, at the peak I don't remember there being more than 3 posting here, and this was before the size change to S,XS,XXS.

You may find a bit on ebay, but your best bet is honestly yahoo japan, way more stuff there and better prices. You will need a proxy to bid, and clicking the link in my sig will take you to sign up for the best proxy possible. He can also buy stuff off the ZOZO store for you, and they have quite a bit of ladies stuff on sale right now...

Thanks for the info! I've used tenso for forwarding services many times, but have never used a proxy. Might have to check it out. I've also heard yahoo japan is where it's at for car parts also.

Hey, I'm 5'9 and 120 lb, pretty slim. I'm looking into some hoodies and I don't mind them being fit or a little baggy but I just don't want them to be too big or to not fit at all.

Wondering if this would be too big? Should I be looking for a medium or small instead? I like the simplistic kaws designs so I'm mostly looking at those.

Large would be massive on you. Especially something that old. You could probably get away with smalls. Maybe mediums if you want slightly long and looser.

That's 2005/2006. It should probably fit you pending how you like your stuff to fit. Hoodies back then were kinda loose fitting, and it seems like you are a pretty tiny dude.
